The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, together with TOBB Board Members, paid a well-wishing visit to Mehmet Ali Mert, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Çayeli Chamber of Commerce and Industry, who underwent surgery.
