TOBB President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, speaking before the funeral prayers, "May Allah make heaven his abode. Asaf Mehmetbeyoğlu was the vice president and President Kayseri Chamber of Commerce as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Red Crescent. Mr. Asaf undertook all manner of charity work. He was my best friend, my brother. This corona virus is a matter in which all must take the greatest care. There are three rules that medicine explains. We all must follow them. Social distance, mask and hygiene. If we obey them, we can protect ourselves. There's no other means of protection. I ask all my Kayseri compatriots to pay attention to these 3 rules, especially these days."
