Thanks for the İzmir business world for their contributions to exports growth

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, participating in the İzmir Chamber of Commerce, Izmir Chamber of Commerce and Aegean Region Chamber of Industry (EBSO) Joint Award Ceremony, noted that İzmir is among the leading production, exports, technology cities, said, “While the world trade stagnates, we are one of the few countries that managed to increase their exports. Of course, this success was achieved with the great efforts of our İzmir business people and all our private sector. I am once again proud of my entrepreneur brothers from Izmir, the architect of all these achievements.”
Hisarcıklıoğlu, pointing out the government's investments to Izmir’s infrastructure, transportation and logistics have a large share in this success, stated that with the completion of the İzmir-Istanbul Highway, İzmir-Ankara High Speed Train Line, Çandarlı Highway and Port, with the city will become a much more attractive business and life center.
TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu conveyed their thanks to Trade Minister Ruhsar Pekcan and Agriculture and Forestry Minister Bekir Pakdemirli participating in the award ceremony, especially for their contributions to the business world and entrepreneurship. Expressing his happiness that İzmir chambers and exchanges have brought the İzmir business world together in a joint awards ceremony, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “For this beautiful and visionary endeavor, I congratulate my 3 Chambers and Commodity Exchange President wholeheartedly.”

TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu, who stated that they have the power and opportunity to overcome all the troubles, said, “All we want from the government is to allow us to compete on equal terms with our competitors. Don't bog us down with legislation and bureaucracy, we'll take care of the rest.” Hisarcıklıoğlu ended his speech by congratulating all entrepreneurs and institutions which have been deemed worthy for awards for being a source of pride and morale for everyone.
