Meeting with council and board members, Hisarcıklıoğlu stated in his speech that the way to provide service is through unity and solidarity, “That is why everyone needs to think differently but come together under common sense.”

Stating that the Erzurum Commodity Exchange is a five star exchange, Hisarcıklıoğlu said that it provides service on par with any other exchange in the whole world.

Reporting that they are ready to provide all support to the exchange Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “We are bound to do it, too. Your goal is to provide services to your customers and my goal is to provide services to you. That is my duty. I am prepared to do whatever falls to me.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu said:
“Our commodity president has mentioned the establishment of an insurance company. There exist 2 modes of payment for trading on credit in the modern world. There’s probably not a single developed country in the world wherein someone’s gone bankrupt due to trading on credit. There is most likely a direct debt payment system in operation – which is what we have in Turkey. The second is insurance. This wasn’t present in Turkey. After the removal of prison sentences in regards to checks, TOBB pioneered the establishment of three insurance companies for claimant insurance.”

Urging that everyone make use of the EU grant projects, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “If we say ‘me’, we lose; if we say ‘we’, we win. When we say ‘me’, we’ll lose by ourselves; when we say ‘we’, we win together. This is why unity is so important.”
