Holidays gain meaning through love, friendship and sharing

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarciklioglu, in a message on the occasion of the Ramadan Holiday, said that holidays gain meaning through love, friendship and sharing. Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “The true meaning of life is to love and understand the creations of Allah. I celebrate the blessed Ramadan Holiday of all people, in the hope that the joys of festivity filled with love, brotherhood and beauties of all people will last forever.”
Hisarcıklıoğlu's message is as follows:
“This beautiful holiday which follows the blessed month of Ramadan is the time for joy, unity and solidarity. Let us reach out to each other and share beauty and brotherhood.
Let us not neglect to reclaim the hearts we have broken unintentionally, to visit our elders, to embrace the little ones, orphans and needy.
These are our most beautiful values we have maintained for centuries. As befits human beings: To speak good words which give hope, to do good works, to be honorable, to live a life beneficial to all.
It is with these feelings and my thoughts that I celebrate the Ramadan Holiday on behalf of the Turkish business community; may it bring happiness and peace to our nation, the Islamic world and all humanity.”
