In the first 7 months of 2021 (28,388 units), the number of confirmed capacity reports increased by 17.1% (4,144 units) compared to the first 7 months of 2020 (24,244).

Of the 3,372 capacity reports approved in July, 923 were in Ä°stanbul, 231 in Bursa, 214 in Ä°zmir, 208 in Ankara, 147 in Konya, 138 in Kocaeli, 118 in Gaziantep, 96 in TekirdaÄŸ, 73 in Manisa and 71 in Denizli.

The total number of active capacity reports in the TOBB Industrial Database increased by 8.3% (6,234 units) to 81,449 units in July 2021 from 75,215 in July 2020.

According to the Active Capacity Reports, the total number of employees increased by 6.9% (220,291 units) from 3,178,161 in July 2020 to 3,398,452 in July 2021.

Capacity reports are compiled by local Chambers and approved by TOBB for: utilization of bench, device, machine and motive force in processing raw materials, semi-and complete products, property, content, composition or shape in full or in part; for businesses that produce a new product in serial or standard, and for those who operate and operate underground resources and produce software with information technology.
