Within the framework of the Protocol signed by TOBB Secretary General Mustafa Saraçöz and EBRD Vice President Pierre Heilbronn on 12.02.2020, the project consultant Ernst and Young (EY) Turkey team determined by the EBRD completed their work in Antalya, Erzurum and Kocaeli provinces selected as pilot provinces and made a report by determining the strategy and implementation roadmap of TOBB Antalya, Erzurum and Kocaeli Women Entrepreneur Councils.

In this context, stakeholder interviews were held for current situation analyses. While the strategic business plan was being created, survey studies were conducted for TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Councils, TOBB Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Council Executive Committee Members and Board Members. Vision, mission and strategies were determined and training activities were organized with the Chairs and Members of TOBB Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Councils of pilot provinces. As a result of this long work carried out, strategy document and action plan were established for TOBB Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Councils.
