Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Italian Ambassador Gianpaolo Scarante at his office. During the meeting, economic and trade relations between Italy and Turkey were discussed as well as EU relations.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıolu, as a part of his Vienna visit, met with Turkey’s Ambassador to Vienna, Hasan Göğüş at his residence.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with the newly appointed Indian Ambassador to the Ankara Embassy, Rahul Kulshreshth at his office.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in Diyarbakır for various events, was briefed by the UMEM Course Management in regards to the activities for the new term.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with the chamber and exchange presidents of Diyarbakır. Emphasizing the importance of unity and solidarity, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “When there is no peace here, Rifat in Ankara can have no peace either. If you have no peace; I have no peace. We are inseparable.”​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) is founding an enterprise workshop in Diyarbakır in order to actualize the entrepreneurial potential of the region. TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “People of Diyarbakır outside of Diyarbakır are very successful. We are founding an entrepreneurs’ garage in Diyarbakır to replicate this success in Diyarbakır. Diyarbakır has great potential.”​

Batman Chamber of Commerce and Industry Tax Award Ceremony was held with the attendances of TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, Minister of the Treasury Mehmet Şimşek and the TOBB Board Members.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the 40th anniversary of the Konya Chamber of Industry. During his speech at the ceremony celebrating the contributions of industrialists throughout the 40 years of the chamber’s past, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “As of today, 25 of our companies are a part of the 1,000 largest companies. I believe that the Konya will produce the long awaited domestic car.”​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in Konya for the anniversary of the foundation of the Konya Chamber of Commerce, visited Konya Governor Muammer Erol at his office.​

The Palestine Trade and Business Expo 2014, organized by the Islamic Development Bank and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), was opened by the President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu.​
