EUROCHAMBRES Vice President, Islamic Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (ICCIA) Vice President and TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the Africa – EU Energy Business Dialogue Meeting, Islamic Chamber of Commerce 21st Board Assembly and 31st General Assembly held in Cairo, Egypt.​

In his message commemorating the 77th anniversary of the passing of Veteran Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “His goals, his fight and trust in the people have always guided us. As the Turkish business community, we’ve sworn to produce more and create jobs; to be worthy of the lives of the martyrs who gave it to us.”​

The newly appointed French Ambassador to Ankara, Charles Fries, visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu.​

Newly appointed German Ambassador to Ankara, Martin Erdmann visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. During the business lunch, Hisarcıklıoğlu and Erdmann discussed economic and financial relations.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu congratulated AK Party in winning the most votes following the November 1st Elections and said, “It’s time to focus on the economy and reforms.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and TOBB Board of Directors attended the Republic Day reception hosted by the President of the Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.​

In his October 29th Republic Day message, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized the importance of the Republic as the most meaningful value we all share and said, "Millions who believe in independence and freedom, who love their country, will carry forward this sacred charge inherited from our ancestors forward in the contest of civilization.​

Receiving the TOBB Insurance Experts Executive Committee and representatives of the professional civil society organizations, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the insurance sector will play an important role if Turkey is to prosper and said that the sector still has much to offer in regards to employment and profit.​

Organized Industry Zones Supreme Board (OSBÜK) Chair Cahit Nakıboğlu and the OSBÜK Board Members visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu.​
