TOBB, TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Board and Turkcell Collaborative Future Women Project will increase entrepreneurship by providing training on the subject of software for women who apply to the program. The project, which started on April 25th, 2017, will continue until May 15th, 2017. ​

TOBB Board Treasurer,Faik Yavuz met with Abdelmejid Ezzar, President of the Union of Agriculture and Fisheries of Tunisia and the Association of Agricultural Chambers of Africa.​

TOBB approved 3,327 capacity reports in April. Of the 3,327 capacity reports approved in April; 948 were in Istanbul, 226 in Izmir, 223 in Ankara, 187 in Bursa, 124 in Gaziantep, 118 in Konya, 105 in Kocaeli, 91 In Manisa, 80 in Kayseri, 77 in Denizli.​

The 'Vocational Qualification Information' seminar was organized for businesses operating in dangerous business lines by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) MEYBEM Inc. and Van Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Van CCI).​

The TOBB Turkey E-Commerce Council meeting was held at the TOBB Plaza in Istanbul with Council Speaker Öget Kantarcı presiding over the proceedings.​

The Turkish Chambers and Commodity Exchange Association SME Information Site was visited by 42,528 people in April 2017. The number of visitors from May 2016 to April 2017 (1 year) was 550,637.​

China-Turkey Cross-Border Electronic Commerce Pilot Project Kayseri Launch and Kayseri SME E-Commerce Training Program were conducted with the attendances of Environment and Urban Development Minister Mehmet Özhaseki, TOBB Board Member Selçuk Öztürk and China's Ambassador to Ankara, Yu Hongyang.​

Turkish Research and Business World Organizations Office (TuR&Bo) General Assembly and Coordination Board meetings were held with the attendances of TOBB Vice Chairman Halim Mete, Vice Chairman of KOSGEB Süleyman İslamoğlu, TÜBİTAK (Turkish Scientific and Technical Research Council) Vice President Orkun Hasekioğlu, TESK Secretary General Naci Sulkalar and stakeholder representatives.​

The Corporate Development Training Program was completed with the thirteenth and last session held on 28th and 29th of April, 2017.​

The TOBB Arbitration Committee met for the second meeting of the year 2017. At the meeting, the issues on the Council’s agenda were discussed.​
