Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

Turkey Telecommunications Council Meeting was held with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Board Member Oğuzhan Ata Sadıkoğlu and Telecommunications Council President Rıdvan Uğurlu presiding with the attendances of Competition Authority II. Audit and Implementation Department President Ferhat Topkaya, Competition Chief Expert Neyzar Ünübol, Competition Expert Selvi Kocabay, Competition Expert Selin Dursun, Presidential Strategy and Budget Department Information and Communication Technologies Department Kamil Burak Karayel at TOBB. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) with the support of the Ministry of Commerce, under the auspices of Vodafone Turkey and with Akbank’s sponsorship “Turkey Technology Meetings” event was held in Eskişehir.​

The “Tech Day” Meeting, organized as a part of The General Assembly Meeting of the International Federation of Automobile Experts (FIEA, Fédération Internationale des Experts en Automobiles), was held on June 14th, with 300 people in attendance, in Istanbul with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), while the General Assembly was held on June 15th, 2019.​

458 people who were involved in the motor vehicle trade and successfully completed their exams and received their Vocational Qualification Certificates, were presented their certificates at a ceremony held at the Izmir Chamber of Commerce.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), Board Treasurer Faik Yavuz attended the World Day to Combat Desertification Day program held at ATO Congresium organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry under the patronage of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Board Member Hakan Ülken met with the representatives of Chambers / Exchanges which have applied for geographical marker product registration to the European Union Commission in Ankara.​

The General Assembly Meeting of the International Federation of Automobile Experts (FIEA, Fédération Internationale des Experts en Automobiles) began in Istanbul.​

The General Assembly Meeting of the International Federation of Automobile Experts (FIEA, Fédération Internationale des Experts en Automobiles) Board of Directors Meeting was held at the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Istanbul Service Building.​

A TOBB delegation consisting of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Vice President Ayhan Zeytinoğlu, Board Member Özer Matlı, Deputy Secretary General Sarp Kalkan and Assistant Expert Seda Gedik participated in the 11th World Congress of Chambers Federation which took place on the 12-13 of June, 2019, in Rio de Janeiro.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Board Member Özer Matlı led the TOBB delegation to Brazil to attend the 11th World Chambers Congress.​
