TIR and ATA Carnets Division

Our country became a contracting party to the TIR Convention in 1966 which is one of the most important aspects of international trade in order to facilitate international transport of goods by road. As of that date, our union assigned as "Authorized to issue TIR Carnets" and being a "guaranteeing association"  by the Council of Ministers.

Our department, with the aim of providing proper services,  tackles with this job since the year 1966 and to represent our Union in the presence of  national and international organizations.
