The number of newly established Companies increased by 179,12% in June 2020 with respect to previous month

The number of newly established companies, the number of sole proprietorships and the number of cooperatives increased by 179,12% , 112,96% and 200,00% according to the previous month.​

The number of closed companies, the number of closed cooperatives and the number of closed sole proprietorships increased by 116,76% 350,00% and 16,18%  respectively according to the previous month.

 

The number of newly established Companies increased by 109,34% with respect to the same month of the previous year.

 

The number of newly established companies , the number cooperatives and sole proprietorships increased by 109,34% ,  115,79% and  194,61% respectively according to the same month of the previous year.

 

The number of closed companies and the number of sole proprietorships increased by 55,09%  and 62,38% while the number closed cooperatives decreased by 53,85% according to the same month of the previous year.

 

-In June 2020, 619 companies with foreign partners were established

 

In June 2020, 619 companies with foreign partners were established. 389 of these companies had Turkish partners, 47 had Iranian partners and 23 had Syrian partners.

 

Of the 619 foreign shareholding companies established, 48 are incorporated companies and 571 are limited liability companies. 501 of these companies conduct wholesale trade for stores in malls that are not allocated to a specific commodity; 216 are in real estate and 195 are in Management and other administrative consultancy services in the year 2020. Foreign capital partners’ capital investments constitute 77.96% of the total capital of foreign joint venture companies.
