TIR Committee convened via video conference

The TIR Committee, appointed for two-year periods by the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), convened via video conference under the chairmanship of TOBB Board of Directors Vice President and Chairman of the TIR Committee Tamer Kıran.​

At the meeting, applications of companies which wish to operate within the TIR System, the demands of companies that want to leave the system, the demands of companies that want to benefit from the guarantee discount, and the companies involved in irregularities for various reasons were assessed. In addition, the current problems of the sector and solution proposals were discussed.
