At the meeting, Deputy Health Minister Halil Eldemir and DMO General Manager Mücahit Özdemir and members of council discussed the Covid-19 pandemic process in detail as well as its impact on the sector and mask production.

TOBB Board Member Zeki Kıvanç, who chaired the meeting, informed the council members about the work carried out on behalf of the sector during the Covid-19 epidemic process and the economic measures taken.

TOBB Turkey Textile Industry Council President Abdulkadir KonukoÄŸlu and Turkey Garment and Apparel Industry Council Åžeref Fayat made assessments on the sector as it pertains to the pandemic situation.
