Making a speech on behalf of TOBB, Arif Parmaksız stated that TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu would have attended the program, but after 6 domestic and international programs in the last week, he could not participate in the program due to health reasons. Parmaksız conveyed Hisarcıklıoğlu’s greetings.

Arif Parmaksız stated that as the chamber / exchanges community, they want to make Tokat Turkey's shining star in agriculture; that Tokat more than deserves it.

Emphasizing that Tokat is doing a very good job, Parmaksız said, “They are promoting both our goods and culture as well as protecting our national values. This promotion and branding is the way for local development and enriching our cities.”
