Food and beverage industry discusses information pollution in food

Turkey Food Industry Council and Turkey Beverage Industry Council convened at the TOBB Union Center with the attendances of TOBB Board Member Özer Matlin and Cengiz Günay, Deputy Secretary General Cengiz Delibaş to discuss the information pollution complaints of the industry and to develop recommendations for the solution.​

Council President Necdet BuzbaÅŸ emphasized that information pollution causes loss of prestige in the food industry as well as the confusion of the citizen in regards to a healthy diet, with the main goal of the meeting to address this issue.
