The workshop attended by Deputy Minister of Ministry of Labour and Security Deputy Orhan Yeğin, Professional Competency Authority (MYK) President Adem Ceylan, TOBB Accountant Member of the Board Faik Yavuz, TESK President Bendevi Palandöken, Hak-İş President Mahmut Arslan, Memur-Sen President Ali Yalçın and representatives from certification bodies authorised by MYK and nongovernmental organisations.

Speaking at the opening of the workshop Yavuz underlining the importance of professional competency system and those individuals whose professional competencies did not evaluated causing inefficiency in production and manufacturing as well as loss in resources, he also stated that the most important mechanism for turning human resources into qualified form is professional competence system.
