Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) published the 2018 Fair Calendar, which was prepared in order to effectively and comprehensively introduce fairs which are to be held in Turkey and to meet the need for information that can be used throughout the year.

The most intensive fair program in 2018, will in April with 80 of the 474 fairs taking place. After April, most fairs will be held in the months of March (75), October (68) and September (56). Looking at the average of 12 months, 39 fairs will be organized per month in Turkey in 2018.

Of the 474 fairs to be organized next year, Istanbul will host 218; İzmir, 42; Ankara, 34; Bursa, 33; Antalya, 27; Konya, 16; Adana, 12 and Gaziantep, 9.

In 2018 60 fairs will be organized on Agriculture and Animal Husbandry. Construction Materials and Air Conditioning will be on display in 32, Food in 21, Metal Processing in 17, Furniture in 17, Leather Technologies and Products in 15, Books and Periodicals in 14, Electrical and Electronics in 13 and Automotive in 13.
