The SME Information Site (http://kobi.tobb.org.tr) was established in order to present the information SMEs need in one form under the Prime Ministry Circular No. 2005/2 published in the Official Gazette dated February 5^th, 2005. The SME Information Site is run by TOBB and provides useful information to SMEs in 14 main headings and 97 sub-headings.
