The 15% price advantage provided to domestic producers in public procurement was clarified. By encouraging the opening of vocational and technical high schools and academies in OIZs, contribution will be made to solving the problems of qualified staff.

Faruk Özlü, Minister of Science, Industry and Technology, said, “We are reducing the number of personnel required to open an R&D center for companies operating in the automotive subsidiary industry to 15. This is an important regulation that will be coming out of the Council of Ministers in the coming days.

Recalling that the Production Reform Package had entered into force, Özlu stated that this package fulfilled the requests from the field.
