The number of newly established companies decreased by 10,61% in February 2017 with respect to the previous month

The number of newly established companies and sole proprietorships decreased by 10,61% and 25,41% respectively, while cooperatives increased by 1,54% according to the previous month. The number of closed companies, cooperatives and sole proprietorships decreased by 60,50%, 75,12% and 35,86% respectively according to the previous month.​
The number of closed companies decreased by 2,43% with respect to the same month of the previous year.
The number of newly established companies and sole proprietorships decreased by 11,87% and 1,88% respectively while cooperatives increased by 3,13% according to the same month of the previous year.
The number of closed companies , cooperatives and sole proprietorships decreased by 2,43% , 38,37% and 9,92% respectively according to the same month of the previous year.
In February 2017, 409 companies with foreign partners were established.
In February 2017, 409 companies with foreign partners were established. 159 of these companies had Syrian partners, 25 had Iranian partners, 24 had Iraqi partners.
During the first two month period of 2017, 768 companies with foreign partners were established. 302 of these companies had Syrian partners, 49 had Iranian partners and 46 had Iraqi partners.
