M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), visited Harun Karacan, former TOBB Board Member and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Karacan Group of Companies, and Board Member Alihan Karacan.
