“Trade fairs are strategic events that directly contribute to economic development by bringing together producers, investors, entrepreneurs, and buyers on a single platform. They offer significant opportunities for the development of trade, access to new markets, and the establishment of international collaborations.

The exhibition industry is a vital ecosystem that enhances the competitiveness of our companies—particularly our SMEs—contributes to the promotion of innovative products and services, and supports exports.

On the occasion of World Trade Fair Day, I hope that our country’s strong position in the trade fair sector will be further strengthened. Türkiye’s experience, infrastructure, and organizational capabilities in the trade fair sector are transforming our country into a regional hub.

I extend my congratulations to our trade show organizers, trade show venue operators, industry suppliers, and all stakeholders in the trade show ecosystem on World Trade Show Day, and I wish them success in their endeavors.”
