“The most modern form of government on earth is the administrations based on the sovereignty of the nation,” Hisarcıklıoğlu said, stressing that the level of civilizations targeted by Atatürk can be achieved only through a system based on democracy and national will.

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated in his message:

“We once again celebrate the National Sovereignty and Children's Day of April 23^rd, which was gifted to the children of the world by Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of our Republic, with great joy and pride.

We cannot imagine that any administration which does not take its power from the people is an advanced model for today's civilized world. Atatürk has drawn us the most beautiful route within the framework of this progressive and realistic idea.

As the Turkish business world, we always say that our young people will assimilate new technologies and information and carry us to a better tomorrow.

Let us strive to raise our children and young people as entrepreneurs for the future of Turkey. Because the most important key to development is the entrepreneurial spirit that we will instill in our children.

With these feelings and thoughts; I once again commemorate Gazi Mustafa Kemal and his comrades with gratitude and celebrate our nation's National Sovereignty and Children's Day on April 23^rd.”
