Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the wedding of Ali and Ilgın Doğan, son of Ulku Karakuş, President of the TOBB Turkey Agricultural Council and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Ankara Chamber of Commerce, and witnessed the couple’s marriage. ​
