Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) will host the TOBB Digitalization Virtual Fair on 26-27 January 2021 online. Nearly 100 companies from the software, telecommunications and e-commerce sector will open stands within the scope of the Fair, which aims to help entrepreneurs adapt to the new digitalized world. The target is for SMEs to access the information they may need, recognize the necessary tools and develop potential collaborations.

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, who made evaluations about the Digitalization Virtual Fair, said, “With the pandemic, a new era has begun for companies. Digitalization has become a necessity for the continuation of trade. Our companies began to adapt to technological transformation rapidly during this period. Companies from all sectors and scales that carried out this transformation reached new customers and increased their productivity. As TOBB, we have implemented many projects to help the private sector adapt more quickly to the new economy. Now we are bringing our technology companies and SMEs together at TOBB Digitalization Virtual Fair. I invite all our members to this event.”

Visitors will be able to visit all stands at the virtual fair and communicate with company officials in writing, voice and video. With B2B meetings during the two-day event, SMEs will be offered the opportunity to get to know digitalization tools more closely.

In addition, webinars titled “Digital Transformation in Economy,” “New Normal: Digitalization Panel,” “Positioning the Software Sector in International Competition,” “Key to Digitalization: 5G and the Internet of Things” will take place. Examples of digitalization and digital transformation in the software, e-commerce and telecommunications sectors will be shared with visitors. Participation in the event will be free of charge.
