In his speech Hisarcıklıoğlu ceremony, stating that anniversaries have important meanings, “30 years of age is the most concrete indication that Mersin Chamber of Maritime Commerce has solid roots. This institution is also one of the only two Chambers of Maritime Commerce in Turkey. May Allah bless its founders.”

Stating that they are working together with Mersin CMC President Cihat Lokmanoğlu in the TOBB Board, Hisarcıklıoğlu said that they’ve benefited from Lokmanoğlu’s knowledge and experience and that Lokmanoğlu has voiced Mersin's problems first hand to him.
