The hospital will save 677 thousand kWh of electrical energy per year and 207 thousand TL of resources per year according to the model covering the replacement of old lighting products with new and high efficiency LED lighting products and maintenance during the contract period. The investment in Enerjisa Energy's ‘Energy Performance model', whose contract term is set to be 5 years, will pay off within a short time.

 

Mahmut Kutlucan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TOBB ETU Hospital, said that the fact that the hospital will achieve energy efficiency with higher performance lighting will be a valuable economic contribution while reducing energy costs while saving under the agreement signed with Enerjisa Energy.

Enerjisa Energy also guarantees the savings that the energy efficiency improvements will bring to the business. The equipment used in this model will be left to the relevant company at the end of the investment, and since the economic life of the equipment is longer than the contract period, the company will continue to use the equipment without any new investment and will have the full savings to be earned after the contract period.

 

-Commitments of Enerjisa Energy

 

Enerjisa Energy is responsible for designing, purchasing, bringing, installing and commissioning of equipment, technology selection and engineering works within the scope of the project to reduce the energy consumption caused by lighting with LED lighting. The aforesaid investment and subsequent maintenance activities will be provided by Enerjisa Energy during the contract period. In case of failure, equipment replacement will be carried out free of charge. The design and positioning of the new LED lighting will also be done in agreement with the enterprises.
