The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges Union (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu received the Eskişehir Chamber of Industry President Celalettin Kesikbaş, Board Vice President Fatih Düş and Board Member Gürhan Albayrak at TOBB Economy and Technology University.
