TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Borçka Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a part of his Artvin itinerary. Hisarcıklıoğlu exchanged views with local businessmen during the visit hosted by Chairman Eşref Merttürk.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu presented Borçka CCI President Mertturk and members of the parliament with TOBB's publication of the Book of Dede Korkut while Eşref Merttürk presented Hisarcıklıoğlu with a gif to commemorate the day.
