Hisarcıklıoğlu, speaking with journalists during his visit to Governor Yasin Öztürk, said that the election of the chambers of trade are approaching and this is a race to serve.

TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu noted that the chairmen of the chambers are based on purely service-based voluntary principles, and that, “Allah willing, there will be elections in April and in the democratic election our members will compete with each other. There is no monetary gain to be had, on the contrary you will give of yourself, of your personal and business life.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that Akçakoca has a dynamic management and that, “Akçakoca Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Nazım is also working working day and night with the council for Akçakoca. It is also an advantage that Mayor Cüneyt Yemenici is a member of the chamber. The work for the OIZ is complete. With industry, its infrastructure and its sea, Akçakoca will be one of Turkey’s leading cities. You are very lucky.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu later visited Akçakoca Mayor Cüneyt Yemenici at his office.

Hisarcıklıoğlu thanked the Minister of Science, Industry and Technology Faruk Özlü for his support, “Thanks to Minister Özlü, Akçakoca has acquired its Organized Industrial Zone and university. His contribution is great. We congratulate our mayor. We hear of his work in Ankara. The mayor and CCI chair are working day and night. An organized Industrial Zone was promised. They fulfilled their promises. We congratulate them.”
