Speaking during the visit Hisarcıklıoğlu wished for Allah’s mercy for İbrahim Çağlar who passed away after a heart attack. Hisarcıklıoğlu expressed that Çağlar’s fulfilled his duty successfully as ITO Presidency and contributed in great deal to the works carried out by TOBB.

Stating that they paid the visit to ITO to wish Öztürk Oran best wishes, Hisarcıklıoğlu also said that Oran would be contributing in great deal as ITO President and they consider ITO very important which they are pleased that it is in safe hands.

ITO President Oran expressing his appreciation for the visit of TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu said the followings:

"We took the office with the consideration of how we can carry the torch that we took over from late President further, how we can contribute to the Turkish economy. I am certain that with your support as well, we shall be performing pleasant works. As we always respect everyone in this country who conducts even one cent worth of exportation, who put a brick for improvement, we shall continue do so.

İstanbul has a great importance for Türkiye... As long as you support us, we give our word to perform works which will please you all. Every single work that we shall carry out is for the benefit of our members…Because they always bring to book for the service charges that they pay. Those service charges are valuable to them. For the interest of the members we are at their service round the clock.”

During the visit Hisarcıklıoğlu was accompanied by TOBB Vice President Halim Mete and TOBB Board Member Hakan Ülken.
