“We will never forget Atatürk and his works”

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in his press release for the 79th anniversary of Atatürk's death, stated that they will preserve the works left by the founder of our Republic, the Veteran Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, and said, “We once again remember the Great Leader with respect and gratitude.”
Hisarcıklıoğlu's message is as follows:
“We commemorate Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, illuminated us on the path to modern civilization, and who untrusted unto us the great Republican, with respect and gratitude on the anniversary of his passing.
The Turkish business community will ensure that Atatürk's trust in the private sector will not have been in vain. Following the war for independence, our greatest challenge has been to develop our civilization and economy.
We have a great and sublime goal to be among the most developed countries in the world by working hard and producing.
We and the generations which follow us will never abandon this goal; we will be worthy of Ataturk's sainted memory.
On behalf of the business community, it is with these thoughts and feelings that I pay respects to the memory of Veteran Mustafa Kemal Atatürk on the anniversary of his passing. May he rest in peace.”
