Hisarcıklıoğlu talked about Torbalı's success and potential. Congratulating the Torbalı Chamber of Commerce on its work, TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that his visit coincided with Torbalı's 95^th anniversary. Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “The new service building is a matter of vision. Because the chamber wants to provide the best quality service. For this, they’ve built this beautiful facility for Torbalı. I congratulate the chamber and the chairman for their vision. Torbalı deserves all these services. Because it is the fastest growing city of İzmir.”

- Approximately 700 factories

Noting that Torbalı has 2 OIZs, 700 factories and 2000 firms from 45 different sectors, Hisarcıklıoğlu recalled that 12 of the top 100 companies in the Aegean region and 6 of the 500 largest companies in Turkey are from Torbalı. Noting that 1 of the 100 fastest growing companies in Turkey is also from Torbalı, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “You stand out in agriculture as well as industry. All kinds of cereals, industrial plants, vegetables and fruits are grown here. Torbalı supplies the world's dry tomato demand. Torbalı has become a center of attraction for investors, with its proximity to highways, airport, train Line, the Aegean Free Zone and İzmir port. With the completion of the Torbalı-Kemalpaşa railway line and the Istanbul-İzmir Highway, its star will shine even brighter. Here is my brother Vahap, working diligently to create a Chamber of Commerce that suits Torbalı. He ensured that the chamber became accredited. It brings every service to the foot of its member. Thanks to him, among the districts, the first KOSGEB representation was opened at the Torbalı Chamber of Commerce.

- Solutions to chamber / exchange members’ problems

Hisarcıklıoğlu explained that they communicate the issues of the members of the chambers of the chambers and commodity exchanges to the government and they have reached solutions to many problems. The TOBB President reported that they’ve provided loans to 27,000 companies with 9.9% interest for SMEs who suffered financial difficulties. Hisarcıklıoğlu also reported that 1,714 members in İzmir used 211 million TRY of Respite Credits. Moreover, KOSGEB, has provided loans to 260,000 companies with 3-year maturity and zero interest. 335,000 firms, 217 billion TRY in bail was reported for Credit Guarantee Fund.

Hisarcıklıoğlu, reporting that with the employment mobilization under the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the government has provided historic support and the private sector provided 1.6 million additional jobs as a result.

In addition, Hisarcıklıoğlu said that 5% tax reduction is applied for those who regularly pay tax. Square Coded checks have entered into force; 2% TRT tax has been removed; In the OIZs, a total savings of 1 billion TRY were achieved via removal of taxes such as estate tax, stamp tax, etc.; Furniture - Home Appliances - Housing tax reductions were provided; Home Appliances and Furniture sales increased by 30% in 6 months, housing sales increased by 10%. Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Allah grants grace and prosperity when there’s unity and solidarity. Let's not alienate each other, let's not discriminate.”
