Award ceremony at Uzunköprü

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, who participated in the Uzunköprü Economy Value Contributors Award Ceremony, pointed out that the Thrace Region has a significant potential both in agriculture and industry, congratulating the district's business community who added value to the economy.
The TOBB President said that they act with the understanding that “the most beneficent of people are those beneficent unto others.” The TOBB President explained that entrepreneurs are undertaking a very important social task by providing work and sustenance to people.
Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the chambers and commodity exchanges presidents are well aware of the problems and expectations in the business community and help to produce solutions. Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that chambers and commodity exchanges play a very important role in numerous projects carried out with the support of the government, especially finance and employment. Hisarcıklıoğlu, in regards to the respite credits which have 9.9% interest rate and the employment mobilization, stated the tax rate has been discounted by 5% for those who pay their taxes regularly.
Hisarcıklıoğlu presented the awards to the businesspeople of Uzunköprü who added value to the economy following the speeches.
