TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the diploma ceremony of Niğde University. During the ceremony, Hisarcıklıoğlu was granted an honorary doctorate and was adorned with a robe. Afterwards President Hisarcıklıoğlu gave a lesson in entrepreneurship. In his speech, Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that everyone must have a dream, that without one, nothing can be gained.

Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “The freest you can ever by in this world is in your dreams. You have to keep the boundaries of your dreams as large as possible. You can’t reach your target without a dream. You shouldn’t fear failure. You shouldn’t give up on your dream just because you failed. If you want to prosper you must become an entrepreneur. All that is necessary is courage. You know multiple languages and the internet; you know the world much better than us.”

Following the speeches, Niğde University Rector Prof. Dr. Adnan Görür granted TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu with the honorary doctorate and adorned him with a robe.

After the Niğde University visit, President Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Niğde Governorship and Municipality where he was presented with an honorary townsman status.
