TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, along with Customs and Commerce Minister Hayati Yazıcı, visited the Kars Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TSO). Hisarcıklıoğlu and Minister Yazıcı also visited Governor Eyüp Tepe, Municipality President Nevzat Bozkuş, Union of Craftsmen and Artisans Chambers Chairman Adem Burulday at their offices prior to the Foundation Ceremony of the Çıldır-Aktaş Customs Gate while also visiting the City Council Building and the Ebu’l-Hasan Harakani Mausoleum and Cultural Center.​

Hosted by the Kars Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Fahri Ötegen, TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu and Minister Yazıcı received information regarding the economic structure of the city from chamber members and had opportunity to listen to their expectations.
