Bringing together all stakeholders and leading experts in the e-export ecosystem, the workshop saw participants conduct sessions at six working tables under five thematic headings. Topics evaluated included the digital and AI maturity of SMEs engaged in e-export, value creation and organizational transformation in e-export processes, training and mentoring, expansion into foreign markets, and the application of Agentic Commerce in export processes, as well as data, API, payment, and security infrastructure.
The sessions went beyond merely identifying existing problems to focus on actionable solution proposals, the roles of relevant stakeholders, steps that can be taken in the short term, and measurable success indicators. Additionally, the workshop assessed how artificial intelligence and Agentic Commerce technologies can contribute to e-exporting SMEs’ access to foreign markets, customer acquisition, proposal preparation, and export processes.
