The meeting, chaired by TOBB Board Member Saban A. Karamehmetoğlu and Council President İbrahim Halil Kırşan, saw discussion on forest permits, mining licenses, EIA processes and issues of close interest to the sector.

Chamber representatives and the Presidential Council of the Turkish Mining Council spoke about the agenda at the meeting in which General Manager Advisor Mustafa Sever from the General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs of the Ministry of Energy Natural Resources, Department Head Leman Çetiner from the Department of Natural Resources, Head of the Department of Permits and Easement of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry General Directorate of Forestry Ahmet Köle and, Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Industrial Investments EIA Department Head Kenan Ocak participated.
