At the meeting, the problems of Council Members in regards to the Regulation on The Trade of Used Motor Vehicles were communicated to the representatives of the Ministry.

Domestic Trade General Manager Adem BaÅŸar said that it is very important for the new regulation to bring together sector representatives by meeting with the Council, and that meetings were held last year with the Ministry of Environmental Urbanism and the Ministry of Interior, and that the regulation was prepared by taking the views of the sector.

The regulation stipulates that the authorization document is mandatory for the trade of used motor vehicles, more than three second-hand motor vehicle sales carried out in a calendar year by direct or intermediary are viewed as trade second-hand motor vehicles, if there are crimes in which the person who will be the authorized person in the sale of used vehicles become regulation, responsibility for the regulation of buying and selling in electronic media, and the conditions sought in public and vehicle markets were arranged. The reason for the lack of time constraints in the regulation is that the targeted framework was created as soon as possible, and the meeting was terminated with the decision to communicate the problems of the Council Members to the Ministry in writing.
