TOBB President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu received Bilecik CCI Mefail Ateş at his offices.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu received the newly elected Çankırı Commodity Exchange Board of Directors Chair Sadullah Erdem and the board members accompanying him at his offices.​

The Investment environment and Taxation Policy Consultation Meeting held by TOBB and the Ministry of the Treasury took place with the attendances of TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and the Minister of the Treasury Naci Ağbal.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the 9th Aegean Provinces Publicity Days held at the Ankara Atatürk Culture Center and toured the expo with Muğla Governor Amir Çiçek and TOBB Board Member and Muğla CCI Chair Bülent Karakuş. ​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with the İpsala UMAT Customs and Tourism Enterprises Co Inc Board Members and partners at the TOBB Twin Towers for a consultation meeting. ​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Science, Industry and Technology Minister Faruk Özlü at the meeting which took place at the ministry.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu received the delegation from Sivas including TOBB Chambers of Commerce and Industry Council and Sivas CCI Chair Osman Yıldırım, Sivas Parliamentary Representatives Hilmi Bilgin, Mehmet Habip Soluk and Selim Dursun, Sivas Governor Davut Gül, Sivas Mayor Sami Aydın, Sivas CCI Council Chair Necati Şahin as well as the members of Sivas CCI Board.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in his address to commemorate the 78th anniversary of Atatürk’s passing, said, “As the Turkish business community, we once again reiterate our conviction and our determination to serve and embrace.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the 5th Craftsmen and Artisans Summit held at the ATO Congresium with the attendances of the President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu reported that the Union has reached an agreement with Denizbank to provide SMEs with credit with under 10% annual interest rates and that negotiations with other banks is also under way. Hisarcıklıoğlu state that annual commercial credit interest rates, which reached 18%, will fall to 9.9%.​
