Association of Southeast Asian Union Member Countries (ASEAN) Project Indonesia country meeting was held via zoom.​

Candidate Assistant Experts of the Ministry of Trade were introduced to the institutional structure and activities of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB). ​

Tamer Kıran, Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), attended the Consultation Meeting with Business World Representatives held at the Dolmabahçe Working Office under the chairmanship of Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz.​

During the first six months of the year 2023 the number of newly established Companies and the number of sole proprietorships decreased by 3,6% and 16,0% while the number of cooperatives increased by 63,1% with respect to the same period of the year 2022.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Automotive Industry Council meeting was held in Ankara under the chairmanship of Council President Cengiz Eroldu with the participation of TOBB Deputy Secretary General Cengiz Delibaş and public representatives.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Cosmetics and Hygiene Products Industry Council Meeting was held at TOBB İstanbul Service Building under the chairmanship of Ahmet Pura, Chairman of the Council, with the participation of Ender Yorgancılar, Vice President of the Board of Directors of TOBB and also Chairman of the Board of Directors of GS1 Türkiye Foundation, and Cengiz Günay, Member of the Board of Directors of TOBB, with the intense interest of senior representatives of the private sector and non-governmental organizations.​

Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Acclimatization Council Meeting was held in İstanbul under the chairmanship of Zeki Poyraz, President of the Council, with the video conference participation of Selçuk Öztürk, TOBB Board Member responsible for the Council.​

Under the leadership of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), Amazon Türkiye, Trendyol and Yemeksepeti, in particular, Askon Design Center, Hipotenüs, Ideasoft, Ticimax and TOBB ETÜ SEM cooperation and contributions, E-Commerce Expertise Training began with the subject of E-Commerce Related Basic Concepts and Development of E-Commerce, with the participation of Dr. Yavuz Gazibey.​

Zhang Shaogang, Vice President of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), visited the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) and met with Tamer Kıran, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of TOBB.​

Green Transformation and Sustainability Summit in Industry was organized by Konya Chamber of Industry. Mustafa Büyükeğen, President of Konya Chamber of Industry, who made the opening speech of the summit, pointed out that it is important to adapt to the green transformation process and said that it is of vital importance for industrialists to reduce carbon emissions in their enterprises and even make them carbon neutral if possible.​
