The eighth of the Secretary General Meetings organized to discuss the practices regarding the Chamber / Exchange legislation was held with the Secretaries General of Adana and Mersin Provincial and District Chambers / Exchanges. At the meeting held under the chairmanship of TOBB Secretary General Mustafa Saraçöz, consultations were held on the local practices of the Chambers / Exchanges, current software programs and projects.​​

With the cooperation of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye and the General Directorate of Domestic Trade of the Ministry of Trade, the service of transmitting the announcements prepared in the Central Registry Registration System (MERSIS) to the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette in electronic environment was put into operation on 01.07.2020 and approximately 2.5 million announcements were published with this method.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) TIR Committee convened with the participation of TIR Committee members via video conference under the chairmanship of Tamer Kıran, Vice President of the Board of Directors of TOBB. At the meeting, the applications made by companies to enter the TIR System were evaluated. Agenda items regarding various irregularity files involving international transportation companies were decided. Information was obtained on the current status of Transit Documents.​

The second meeting of the TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council was held. Fatma Aydoğdu, Vice President of the TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council, gave information about the issues she is responsible for in the new period.​

At the meeting held under the chairmanship of TOBB Secretary General Mustafa Saraçöz, consultations were held on the local practices of the Chambers / Exchanges, current software programs and projects.​​

Cengiz Delibaş, Deputy Secretary General of TOBB and A. Saygın Baban, Head of TOBB Sectors and Entrepreneurship Department and General Manager of TOBB MEYBEM A.Ş. visited Prof. Dr. Mustafa Necmi İlhan, President of the Vocational Qualifications Authority in his office.​

The Traffic Safety Performance Indicator meeting was hosted by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) with the participation of representatives of the Turkish Road Passenger Transportation and Turkish Transportation and Logistics Assemblies, the Federation of Drivers and Automobilists of Türkiye, the Gendarmerie Traffic Department, the General Directorate of Security Traffic Directorate and the Social Security Institution Guidance and Inspection Directorate.​

At the meeting held under the chairmanship of TOBB Secretary General Mustafa Saraçöz, consultations were held on the local practices of the Chambers / Exchanges, current software programs and projects.​

The first Aegean Regional Meeting of TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council was held online.​

During the first two months of the year 2024 the number of newly established Companies and the number of sole proprietorships decreased by 12,2% and 28,9% while the number of cooperatives increased by 8,3% according to the same period of the year 2023.​
