The Black Sea Region Chamber and Exchange Presidents convened at TOBB Union Center
The Black Sea Region Consultation Meeting was held in the TOBB Union Center with TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu presiding.
The meeting, during which developments in the region were assessed, focused on national and global economic developments. TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the consultation meetings for the year would conclude with the Black Sea Region and exchanged views and ideas with the region’s Chamber and Exchange Presidents.

The Mediterranean Region Chamber and Exchange Presidents met at TOBB
The Mediterranean Region Consultation Meeting was held in the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Union Center. During the meeting, held with The TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu presiding, troubles of the region and proposed solutions as well as national and global economic developments were discussed.

Hisarcıklıoğlu: “History will exact a price for this”
In his message regarding the assault perpetrated against our soldiers in the Çukurca county of Hakkari resulting in the martyring of 7 soldiers and injuring of 11, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu described the terrorist attack as “the damned face of violence and enmity against peace and brotherhood”.

We cannot remain insensitive to people dying from famine
Attending the “The Exchange’s Pride, Patent Record-holders Award Ceremony” hosted by the Kayseri Commerce Exchange (KTB), The Union of Chambers and Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President, M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that during the last five months 50,000 children have lost their lives due to famine and urged everyone to assist as they are able.
