Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

Speaking at the opening of the Local Chains Meet 2024 (YZB) Conference and Fair 2024 organized by the Turkish Retailers Federation (TPF), M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), said: “The retail sector, which is the showcase of the manufacturer, is a business partner where the manufacturer can receive feedback on its products. The retail sector is the most important part of the value chain in the customer-oriented growing and developing system.”​

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, met with Mr. Ruslan Kazakbaev, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Ankara, at his office in TOBB Twin Towers and evaluated the economic relations between Türkiye and Kyrgyzstan.​

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, hosted Tamer Taşkın, former TOBB Board Member and Honorary Consul General to the Republic of South Africa in his office.​

Söke Cotton became the 27th product to receive a geographical indication registration from the European Union. The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the first registered cotton of the European Union came out of Türkiye and said, “Good luck to Aydın and our country. I congratulate our Söke Commodity Exchange President Nejat Sağel, Söke Commodity Exchange Board of Directors, Assembly and everyone who contributed.”​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu received Burdur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Yusuf Keyik and Bucak CCI Chairman Hasan Yalçın Meçikoğlu in his office.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu witnessed the wedding ceremony of Dilara and Çağrı, the daughter of Eyüp Şenol Ömeroğlu, Secretary General of Ankara Commodity Exchange. Hisarcıklıoğlu wished the young couple a lifetime of happiness.​

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu witnessed the wedding ceremony of Öykü Demirbay and Harun Sakınan, graduates of TOBB ETU Faculty of Law.​

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said that as TOBB, within the scope of the “154 SCHOOLS IN 154 PROVINCES” project initiated under the coordination of the Ministry of National Education, they brought 43 schools together with students this academic year. Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “The construction of 54 schools is ongoing. The remaining schools are in the project design phase.”​
