TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, TOBB Board Members Salih Zeki Murzioğlu and Şahin Bilgiç, along with Nevşehir Chamber of Commerce and Commodity Exchange Chair Arif Parmaksız and TOBB ETU Hospital Board Chair Şadan Eren visited Tokat Governor Cevdet Can at his office.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “The world has come to have debt which is almost three times its income. 80% of countries have more debt than prior to 2007. This is unsustainable.”​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “In order to escape the medium income trap, we must skip 2.5 steps up. We can do this in the short term, but the answer is technology.”​

Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization (KOSGEB) Executive Committee convened under Minister for Science, Industry and Technology Fikri Işık with the attendance of TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu.​

In the first two months of 2015, among the statements made by unions, associations and chambers, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB) found mention in 4,469 economy articles.​

The President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguli Berdimuhammedov was granted an honorary doctorate from the TOBB University of Economy and Technology (TOBB ETU). TOBB ETU Board of Trustees and TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the cooperation of the two countries would change the face of the region and that they are two countries of a single nation.​

Visiting the Edirne Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Edirne Commodity Exchange with TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, Edirne Municipality Director Recep Gürkan stated that they want to make Hisarcıklıoğlu an honorary Edirne resident. Hisarcıklıoğlu replied that this would honor him greatly and expressed his gratitude.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, during his speech at the tax award ceremony held in Uzunköprü, stated that Edirne should focus on the Balkan market.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, as a part of his Edirne itinerary, attended the opening of the Thrace University Dentistry Faculty and the foundation laying ceremony for the TOBB Faculty of Religion. Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Every investment has its risks. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. You never lose when you invest in people.”​

Speaking at the Kapıkule TIR Park Foundation Laying Ceremony, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that a new Kapıkule will surface following the completion of the TIR Park.​
