In his opening speech, host Bolu Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Türker Ateş expressed his pleasure in hosing TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu in Bolu and at the CCI. He thanked Hisarcıklıoğlu and all the heads of the chambers and exchanges attending the meeting.
